February 10, 2010 Do You Read in the Bathtub? I can't believe the number of people who think it is strange to read in the bathtub!
Everyone seems to be ok with the idea of taking a magazine or newspaper to 'the john' , yet find it peculiar to want to enjoy relaxing in a warm tub with a good novel!
In this fast paced day and age (and also because my bathtub could use some updating) I tend to stick with showers. Still, what I wouldn't give for a nice garden tub! I'd line it with candles and plants, put on some nice easy listening music, sip a nice glass of red wine, and dig right down into my latest good read! The perfect way to celebrate National Read in the Bathtub Day!
